The return of popular Star Wars content is likely a welcome change-up for Fortnite fans, just in time for May the 4th, better known as Star Wars Day. The return of the content proves the rumored leak from a few weeks ago that Star Wars would be coming back to Fortnite for the holiday.

E-11 Blaster Rifle Location in Fortnite

Starting May 3, Fortnite fans can get their hands on Star Wars’ iconic E-11 Blaster Rifle. The standard issue weapon of Imperial Stormtroopers, the E-11 is now available to players formerly wielded exclusively by The Mandalorian boss.

A Mythic weapon, the Blaster Rifle boasts infinite ammo with a high firing rate. With a 1.5x headshot multiplier and 30 damage per shot, the weapon is bound to be one highly sought after.

Fortnite players can find the E-11 Blaster Rifle by purchasing one from a Stormtrooper at several checkpoints around the map, as well as floor and chest loot.

In addition to the blaster, Star Wars’ iconic Lightsabers are making their return as well. Players will again have access to a variety of the Jedi and Sith weapon, including Luke Skywalker’s green blade, Mace Windu’s purple, and Kylo Ren’s signature crossguarded red.

However, rather than Rey’s Lightsaber, Obi-Wan’s is now the blue-bladed option, lending to the rumor that Obi-Wan Kenobi is coming to Fortnite.

The trailer for the Star Wars content ends with a robed figure igniting the blade, all but confirming the Jedi’s appearance in time for the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi series on Disney+.

The Star Wars content comes as part of Fortnite’s v20.30 update, which adds numerous other things aside from the outside franchise. The update adds a new fight between the IO and The Seven in the form of The Battle for Tilted Towers, which has players once again fighting back waves of IO Guards with AI support.

Version 20.30 also rebalances all of Fortnite’s current shotgun selection, and unvaults the Choppa, although it must be funded first.

After players get their hands on an E-11 Blaster Rifle, they should be sure to grab a Lightsaber. With the return of Jetpacks and now Choppas, Fortnite’s gameplay is as dynamic as ever.

Fortnite is free-to-play on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
