For players unfamiliar with what Fortnite Crew is, it’s a monthly subscription service started during Chapter 2, Season 5 which gives players access to the current season’s Battle Pass in addition to receiving exclusive cosmetic sets and 1,000 V-Bucks per month. Developer Epic Games also occasionally tries sweetening the deal, offering bonuses like Spotify Premium or permanent access to Save the World mode.

Detailed on the official Fortnite website, starting January 31 at 7pm ET, Fortnite Crew subscribers will gain access to Aftermath. The original character is somewhat of a rave-ified skeleton, sporting a chromatic outfit and gold disco ball-esque skull. Players can opt between a more covert, hooded and masked style, or have the shiny golden head on full display. A highlight of the February Fortnite Crew pack is the reactive Flatline Back Bling, which acts as a decibel meter that reacts when emoting. The Rave Digger pickaxe and Glitter n’ Grim Wrap wrap up February’s Fortnite Crew pack’s cosmetic offerings.

For players who act quickly enough, the Fortnite Crew pack for January can still be purchased. January’s pack features Snow Stealth Slone, an arctic variant of the villainous character from Fortnite Chapter 2. This version of Dr. Slone sees her dressed for cold weather in either a whiteout outfit or a much more visible orange and red, along with some winter-themed accessories. Fortnite Crew subscribers were also able to get the Golden Look Board Glider, though that opportunity has passed along with Winterfest.

In addition to the Fortnite Crew skins, Fortnite has also been regularly adding more crossover skins. Last week saw the addition of another Marvel skin in the form of Spider-Man’s Green Goblin. The ultimate nemesis of Peter Parker, Green Goblin’s Fortnite incarnation is one from the comic books, rather than Willem Dafoe’s version from any of the Spider-Man films. Green Goblin comes armed with his iconic glider and an array of pumpkin-themed accessories, but must be purchased through the in-game item shop.

Fortnite seems to be an unstoppable machine when it comes to bringing in skins from other franchises, and that trend doesn’t appear to be slowing down anytime soon. A recent survey hints at other big-name IPs getting Fortnite skins including Destiny, Mass Effect, and Avatar: The Last Airbender, though it’d probably be pretty hard for Aang to bend bullets.

Fortnite is free-to-play on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
