As seen in the image below, the Fortnite Battle Royale fan and Redditor known as SneakyParagon has shared concept art from his work with his twin brother under the design team’s moniker “TheSneakyBros” for skins inspired by the Terminator film franchise and the television show Breaking Bad. The “Black Leather Brawler” getup takes its design cues from the T-800 Model 101 machine played by Arnold Schwarzenegger while the “Criminal Chemist” garb’s look can be attributed to one of the iconic outfits worn by actor Bryan Cranston as Walter White.
According to a post from SneakyParagon in the official Fortnite Battle Royale subreddit, this is far from the first instance of the twin graphic designers doing mock-up work for art relating to the games that they love. As it so happens, they used to be Fan Art Content creators in the Paragon community, but due to Epic ending support for the game, the two have transitioned to creating fan art for Fortnite.
All things acknowledged, TheSneakyBros’ designs for the Terminator and Breaking Bad-styled Fortnite skins would make fantastic additions to the game’s Battle Royale mode, but should Epic actually consider adding these or other pop culture-styled skins, the company would surely have to jump over plenty of legal hurdles to make it happen. Of course, while copyright issues would be a huge issue to deal with, it’s safe to say many would pay good money to see Marvel-inspired skins in the way of Deadpool or The Punisher.
Fortnite is available now in early access for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
